A: Today, I can work full time in an office, walk to and from work, go to the gym and work out as hard as I want as often as I want, have a full social life, read, watch movies, walk for hours, go hiking, plan for the future, and push myself to accomplish goals. I get checkup bloodwork done regularly for maintenance. I feel great consistently, I've rebuilt my life, and I learned how to avoid relapses. So yes, I consider myself recovered <3

A: Each person's recovery from severe chronic fatigue is their own, and what we each need to heal varies. I know this because each time I healed (through multiple relapses), I needed different practitioners and treatments.
